How to Dehydrate Corn Tortillas

The process of preparing corn tortillas is centuries old, and understandably so. Making these tasty wraps requires little more than spreading the mixed batter on a flat surface for a few hours of dehydration. Thoroughly mixing the ingredients in a food processor or blender will give your tortillas that finely textured surface once they dry. The smooth surface also helps the dough dehydrate more evenly, compared to the results of drying lumpy tortilla batter.
