Nothing will impress your dinner guests quite as much as homemade pasta. Making your own noodles doesn't require a great deal of skill, and while using a pasta machine to roll and cut the dough does simplify the process, it's not a necessary tool. All you really need to turn your dough into tender, fresh noodles is a rolling pin, sharp knife and some elbow grease.
