You don't need special equipment to make tasty sausage links. A simple meat grinder or a piping bag will work almost as well. Using pre-made sausage stuffing mix makes the job a little easier. Stuffing a sausage takes a bit of practice to get right. Until then, don't be put off if you get odd shapes, broken links or split casings.
